Hearing aid batteries are designed specifically to run at full output and then stop working pretty much instantly when the are expired, unlike a torch battery that gradually grows dimmer.

The hearing aids we supply have a useful feature that gives you an audible tone to let you know when the battery is nearly spent. For a small charge we can also supply a battery tester so you can see for yourself how much power a battery has left.

Typically it takes 2-4 days for your order to arrive. All orders are processed and shipped the same day or next business day (please bear in mind weekends and bank holidays etc.) and depending on the time of day you order. We aim for most items to ship the same day Monday to Thursday if the order is placed before 2pm, 12 noon on Friday.

Orders are shipped Royal Mail First Class as standard (unless you have chosen to pay extra for Royal Mail Tracked and Insured Special Delivery).

Unfortunately life sometimes gets in the way and there can be delays to orders! First class post is not a guaranteed next day delivery….

We fully expect for you to receive your goods within the times we are suggesting but please let us know if you encounter any undue delay. If we encounter any unexpected delays ourselves we will of course keep you informed.

Items to be returned or replaced must be unopened and in a re-saleable condition unless agreed by us in the first instance.

For any items outside 30 days you should contact us to see whether a return is appropriate.
